In order to provide good customer service for all your technical needs, we suggest that you fill out a Work Order. This is required by the IT Department.
This is to insure you that everyone in the IT Department is constantly looking at this Work Order Database and will address each work order as it comes in, rather than having you leave an email or telephone message for anyone in the IT Department.
*This is to make sure that your request not missed.
*If you need immediate technical advice and you are in an Elementary School you
would contact your Building Sysop.
*If you are in either Middle School or the High School you would contact your
Building's PC Specialist.
*If these steps are met, and you require more assistance or if this
is an Emergency, you should contact the IT Department.
