SPORT PHYSICAL DATES

§   Athletes will sign up at RFA and Strough in their physical education classes.

§   Physical Education teachers at RFA and Strough will send sign up cards to the Athletic Department at the end of each sign-up day.  If you could, please have them alpha by sport. 

PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHERS :

§   All students trying out MUST SIGN UP   even if they were on a fall team and received a physical exam.

§   PLEASE HAVE STUDENTS SIGN UP IN A LEGIBLE MANNER!! PLEASE PRINT.

§   Have student return completed Health History Questionnaire to the school nurse prior to their physical.

§   Physical exam dates are as follows:

o RFA Girls - Tuesday, October 27^th @ RFA

o RFA Boys - Wednesday, October 28^th @ RFA

o Strough Boys - Thursday, October 29^th @ Strough

o Strough Girls - Wednesday, November 4^th @ Strough

o Make Ups Physicals- Thursday, November 5^th @ Strough

All physicals will be after school at 2:30 until 4:00 .

Winter Coaches Meeting this year will be held:

Thursday, October 29^th at 6:00 p.m.
