How long have you worked in the RCSD? I have worked in the RCSD as a TA for 12 years.
What do you like most about your job?
The best part of my job is seeing the children understand a new concept. I find great joy in the “light bulb moments, when the smile happens and they say ooh, I get it.”
What inspires you?
Besides my family, who have always supported me, I am inspired most by the coworkers. I work with an amazing team who all want what is best for each child. Everyone, including my principal, fellow TA’s, teachers, cafeteria staff, support staff and custodians wants what’s best for each student.
What is a fun fact about you?
I love baking. Being in the kitchen is where I’m the happiest.
