Three RFA Seniors Sign their Letter of Intent

On June 15th Three RFA Seniors Sign their Letter of Intent to Play NCAA Division III Softball. Congratulations to:

RFA Senior Maggie Closinski signed her letter of intent to play NCAA Div. III Softball for Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts in North Adams Mass. Maggie is a 4-year starter at SS for RFA and a 2-year Captain. She is a two year all Tri Valley league all-star and was all section 3 and Mohawk Valley in 2021. Maggie was our MVP last year and a Co-MVP this past season. She has been in our program for 6 years. Maggie is joined by her dad and Coach Jerry Closinski and her mother Cathleen Closinski.

RFA Senior Laina Beer signed her letter of intent to play NCAA Div. III Softball for Brockport State University in Brockport, NY. Laina is a 4-year starter and 2-year captain for RFA. She was Co MVP this year. Laina was selected all Tri Valley league all-star this past year and has been in our program for 6 years. Laina is with her dad and Coach Mark Beer and her mother Elin Beer.

RFA Senior Juliana Huckabone signed her letter of intent to play NCAA Div. III Softball for Utica College in Utica, NY. Juliana is a 3-year starter at Center Field and was selected as a Captain this past season. Juliana was a Tri Valley league all start for 2021 and a 2nd team selection this past year. She was also our defensive player of the year for 2021 and co-defensive player of the year this past year. Juliana is joined by her Mother Jaime Huckabone and her brother Joe Huckabone.
