RFA Alumni Music Panel

Rome Free Academy takes pride in the success of our music and arts programs. The dedication and passion of our teachers have positively impacted many students and have encouraged some to pursue further education in music and theatre.

Recently, RFA music teacher Jacob Meiss hosted several alumni to speak with current students and share their experiences majoring in the arts. In a panel-style discussion, the alumni described the various paths one can take in music and provided advice on finding the right college for their major. They also discussed the application and audition processes for gaining admission to their chosen schools, including the necessary requirements and how they prepared.

These first-hand accounts provided our current RFA students with valuable insights into what their futures might hold. Thank you to our alumni for sharing your wisdom and encouragement with the next generation of graduates!
