I’ve been with the RCSD for five years
What is your favorite part of your job?
I absolutely adore my students. Taking time each day to laugh with them makes it all worthwhile.
What inspires you?
I’ve always been inspired by my favorite quote- “Only those who risk going too far can possibly find out how far one can go” -TS Eliot. This quote reminds me to push myself, even in my weakest moments.
What has been one of your proudest moments working at the RCSD?
I do not have a single proud moment. When I hear parents of my student’s say they have seen growth in their child and are happy. I have them for two years, then I know I’ve done my job.
What is a fun fact about you?
I love to cook. It’s my therapy, or how I relax. The more stressful my workday, the more complex the meal is that I make for dinner!
