The Rome City School District is centrally located between Syracuse and Albany in the heart of New York. The public school district serves approximately 5,700 students and has 1,252 employees. We constantly seek new employees for our positions and strive to hire the best people for our team.

The People Relations Office is responsible for all employment, licensure, benefits, compensation, equity, compliance, and employee relations functions for the district.

The People Relations staff is available to assist employees and potential employees in any way possible so the children of Rome City School District receive the best education.

What is the Application Process?
