The Rome City School District is centrally located in the heart of New York, between Syracuse and Albany. The public school district serves approximately 5,700 students and has 1,252 employees. We are always seeking new employees for our positions and strive to hire the best people for our team.

The People Relations Office is responsible for all employment, licensure, benefits, compensation, equity and compliance, and employee relations functions for the district.

The People Relations staff is available to assist employees and potential employees in any way we can so the children of Rome City School District receive the best possible education.
