I was a competitive swimmer from the age of 10 up to 22. I studied Aquatics in college which involved helping coach the swim team and teach swimming to everyone of all abilities. I still swim on my own time when I get the chance. I have been coaching the RFA girls and boys varsity teams for 20 years. I have been awarded Coach of the Year from Section 3 for the boys season in 2018. We have been CSC League champs for both boys and girls. For boys season we have won our league for the past 6 years and for girls it has been 4 years.

This will be a rebuilding year. We will hold our own, but will still be looking to the future. Coach Browne hopes to build the size of the team back up.
